My wife ordered a gluten free cake for our anniversary. She's been gluten free for a while, so I've gotten experienced with gluten free cakes. Usually gluten free cakes are rubbery, dry, or bland. The gluten free cake we got from Alaska Cake Studio was, without a doubt, the best gluten free cake I've ever tasted. It's not even close. It was moist and delicious. It was not only indistinguishable from normal cake, it was better than normal cake. Quite frankly, if this is what her gluten free cakes taste like then her normal cakes must be fantastic. If you want amazing cake, this is the place. If you want gluten free cake, this is definitely the place to go. Worth the price.

First time visiting the Cake Studio. We almost exclusively by our cakes from Cold Stone and sometimes the Flying Dutchman. My last experience with the Flying Dutchman wasn't that great. Yesterday we purchased a Merlot chocolate cake. As per the instructions provided by the young lady behind the counter, we waited 4 hours at room temperature to eat the cake. The cake was fantastic! The employee was also helpful.
